To help us achieve our fundraising goals this season, all the West Haven baseball players got together to help make this year a success. We were each asked to create a personal online donations fundraising page to send out to close friends and family, so I hope you don't mind if you made my list!

My goal with this fundraiser is to do my part to help us pay for needed equipment, future clinics, and gear expenses for the upcoming year. All the funds raised will go directly to my personal fundraising campaign and my goal is to raise at least $250. Any donation regardless of the amount will definitely help. I'll keep you posted on our progress and can't wait to tell you about my season.

A Message from Head Coach Steve Carden...

As the Head Coach of the West Haven baseball program, I am very excited about the 2023 season. We have a great passion for what we do and we are surrounded by great people within the Blue Devils family. The demands of our athletes and the preparation needed to be great in the classroom, on the field, and in the community, take real dedication and commitment. West Haven baseball is a growing program with a bright future and each year more players want to be part of the program. My staff and I are hard at work each day planning, training, and preparing our student-athletes for the rigors we face in the upcoming year. 

Our team is West Haven High School Baseball. Our program has talented young men who excel academically and athletically. Two years in a row, we qualified for the postseason in the Southern Connecticut Conference. Currently, we have a number of alumni playing college baseball, and we hope to have more in the future. To help our team improve, we are raising money to purchase pitching machines, training paddles, and different screens. In addition, we are raising money to purchase team gear for our boys. Along with my staff, I would like to personally thank everyone for supporting our program and invite each of you to a game this year.

2023 is guaranteed to be an exciting season as we continue building a Standard of Excellence.
